Not Often

At Home on the Land

It's not that often that I feel at home on vacant land. I miss architecture. I miss security and privacy. When I stepped onto my new listing on Buck Mountain Road, I was pleasantly surprised by the volume of cedars and the fact that I couldn't even see a single house belonging to a neighbor. The road was being the maintained the day I was there, laying out before me a carpet of red cinders. In truth, I didn't expect such luxury from a piece of earth. Native grasses decorate the parcel with sage green and the 10 acres of field fence insure that they are undisturbed.

There are two gates on this fully fenced property and there is electric at the road. The previous owners added a pre-fabricated shed for storing camping gear and Christmas decorations.

An additional bonus, worth $8,000-$10,000, is the 3 bedroom shallow trench septic installed in 2001.
All of this sells for $100,000.00.

The property begins .7 miles east of Hwy 64 on Buck Mountain Road, 13 miles north from Williams, Arizona.
